05/31/2010 - San Francisco, CA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The San Francisco Giants on Monday placed infielder Ryan Rohlinger on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left hamstring.
Rohlinger was batting .214 with one RBI in 10 games for the Giants this season.
To take his roster spot, the club recalled infielder Matt Downs from Triple-A Fresno. This will be Downs' second stint with San Francisco this year, as he hit .247 with a home run and six RBI in 26 games from April 18-May 27.
